1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to TheVanApp—including software, mobile apps, website, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, text, graphics, databases, photographs, videos, and other content—are owned or licensed by Asergis Operations Limited.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, no part of TheVanApp may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for commercial use without prior written consent.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted under this Policy or our Terms & Conditions.

2. Limited License to Users

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TheVanApp solely for lawful purposes, in accordance with our Terms.
This license does not allow reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized modification of our platform or Intellectual Property.

Users may submit content (e.g., item descriptions, reviews, feedback, photos) and must ensure they own or have rights to share such material.
By submitting content, users grant TheVanApp a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute it to operate and improve the platform.

Users must not upload or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Misuse of TheVanApp branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization is strictly prohibited.
We may remove or disable access to infringing content and take further action where required.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used unlawfully, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and its location on TheVanApp.
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of courts in your applicable country.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant initiates legal action.

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or submit infringing content.

We act as a platform provider and are not responsible for user-generated content.
We do not actively monitor all content but respond promptly to valid infringement notices.
Nothing in this Policy waives our rights under applicable law.

We may update this Policy periodically. Updates are effective upon posting in the App or on our website.
