1. Be Safe & Lawful
- Always drive safely and follow traffic laws.
- Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and properly insured.
- Do not transport illegal or prohibited items (weapons, drugs, cash, live animals, explosives, etc.).
2. Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Be polite, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Arrive on time for pickups.
- Handle customers’ items with care; use proper packaging when requested.
3. Use the App Correctly
- Accept bookings through the App only.
- Update your location and availability accurately.
- Report any technical issues or booking problems to TheVanApp support.
4. Respect Our Brand & Intellectual Property
- Only use TheVanApp logos/branding as provided in your partner materials.
- Do not create your own marketing or social accounts using our name or logo.
5. Report Issues Immediately
- Accidents, damage, or lost items must be reported through the App immediately.
- Fraud, harassment, or suspicious activity must be reported to TheVanApp support.
6. No Misuse of the Platform
- Do not manipulate bookings, ratings, or fees.
- Do not provide services outside the App using customer contacts obtained through the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
Driver partners are prohibited from:
- Discriminating against customers
- Accepting cash payments outside the platform
- Providing services while intoxicated
- Engaging in inappropriate behavior
- Violating traffic laws
- Operating unregistered or unsafe vehicles
8. Termination of Access
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from TheVanApp.
