Trademark & Branding Use Guidelines

Effective Date: 01.01.2025

Asergis Operations Limited, trading as TheVanApp (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Ownership of Trademarks

  • TheVanApp name, logo, slogans, designs, and identifiers (“Marks”) are trademarks owned by Asergis Operations Limited.
  • All goodwill from use of our Marks belongs solely to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

2. Authorized Use of Marks

2.1 Partners & Drivers

Approved partners may use TheVanApp Marks only to identify themselves as participants. Use must comply with these Guidelines and our instructions.

2.2 Third Parties

Media, affiliates, or other third parties must obtain written permission before using our Marks. Contact info@thevanapp.com.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

Do not use Marks to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless authorized. Marks must never appear in misleading or unlawful contexts.

3. Visual Standards

  • Do not alter, distort, rotate, or modify the logo in any way.
  • Do not change colors, typography, or proportions of the Marks.
  • Always use approved high-resolution logo files from TheVanApp.
  • Maintain clear space equal to the height of the “V” in “Van”.
  • Do not combine the Marks with other graphics or text without approval.

4. Naming & Imitation Restrictions

  • You must not register or use a business, domain, or social handle that includes or mimics TheVanApp.
  • You must not imitate the design or interface (“trade dress”) of TheVanApp’s platform.

5. Merchandising & Promotional Use

  • Merchandise use of Marks requires prior written consent.
  • Approved marketing materials must follow brand guidelines and may be reviewed.
  • Partners may only use branding materials authorized by TheVanApp.

6. Media & Press Use

Journalists may use the Marks for editorial or informational purposes when referencing TheVanApp. Marks must not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Enforcement & Monitoring

  • We monitor use of our Marks and enforce compliance with these Guidelines.
  • Unauthorized use may lead to account suspension or legal action.
  • We may demand immediate removal of improper branding.

8. No Transfer of Rights

These Guidelines do not grant ownership or exclusive rights to our Marks. They remain the sole property of Asergis Operations Limited.
