Customers: Identify pickup points, show nearby drivers, and provide accurate delivery tracking.
Drivers/Partners: Show availability, assign bookings, and provide navigation support.

Manual entry of pickup/drop-off addresses

2. Use of Location Data

Match Customers with the nearest available Driver/Partner.
Provide live tracking and estimated arrival times.
Enhance safety, fraud prevention, and route optimization.
Improve services through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

3. Storage & Retention

We retain precise location data only as long as necessary to provide the service (e.g., until a trip is completed). Aggregated or anonymized location data may be kept longer for analytics, safety, or compliance.

With Drivers/Partners: Customers’ pickup and drop-off points are shared only with assigned Drivers.
With Customers: Drivers’ real-time location is shared with Customers during an active booking.
With Third Parties: Map/navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps, Apple Maps) as needed to provide the service.
With Authorities: Only if legally required.

Disabling location may affect TheVanApp’s functionality.
